Is the airflow rate the same in internal and external circulation modes?

The total supply air volume is essentially the same.

Is a water-seal trap required for the condensate drain?

No, because the unit operates with positive-pressure air supply.

What do supply air volume, fresh air volume and exhaust air volume refer to respectively?

Supply air volume is the total air delivered to the room, consisting of fresh air plus return air. Fresh air volume is the outdoor air brought in. Exhaust air volume is the stale air expelled from the room by an exhaust fan.

Are you factory?

What about the payment item?

30%TT deposit, balance paid before delivery -- amount > USD10,000

What is the lead time?

Normally 30 days,but depends on the goods,for some our standard units,we always prepare stock and fast delivery is available.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Shanghai port or others as your request.

What is the Warranty ?

The cooling unit provided by our company is guaranteed for one year and the fan is guaranteed for two years and the compressor for three years from the date of arrival. During the warranty period, any defects due to workmanship or materials, we guarantee to repair or replace the machine free of charge. (the machine due to the use of dust ,corrosive liquid and other non-machine quality reasons for damage is not covered by the warranty.)

In total-heat-exchange mode, is any air recirculated internally? What percentage?

Some return air is recirculated internally—about 50 %.

 

In internal circulation mode, is any fresh air introduced?

No.

What are the temperature and humidity ranges for dehumidification operation?

Temperature: 5 – 41 °C; Humidity: 45 – 99 %. Factory default: 50 %.

What is the supply air temperature in dehumidification mode?

The supply air temperature is higher than ambient; the indoor temperature rises by about 3 – 4 °C above ambient, depending on conditions.

What criteria are used for equipment selection?

Dehumidification capacity, fresh air volume, supply air volume, and applicable area—refer to each model’s specifications. The combined length of supply and return ducts must not exceed the limit for the respective model (the longest single run).

What are the maximum lengths for supply and return ducts?

Model 300: 10 m; Model 400: 15 m; Model 500: 18 m. The return duct is recommended to be about 3 m; centralized return air is advised (each room can use transfer grilles to the return-air zone).

Is the combined length of return and supply ducts a recommendation or a hard requirement?

The length must not exceed the stated value; otherwise, the compressor may trip on pressure protection under extreme conditions. If the length is much shorter, noise can increase.

Where should the controller be installed?

In a sheltered indoor location, protected from rain and direct sunlight, and easily accessible for operation.

What is the controller model?

The factory-supplied standard controller is used.

Can it connect to the other brand APP for remote control?

Connection to the other brand APP is not currently supported. However the unit has an RS-485 communication port for smart-home integration.

What is the operating status of the unit?

The air system runs in the selected mode, and humidity is automatically sensed and controlled to the set point—starting and stopping as required.

What is stated about filter life and performance?

A run-time counter is provided (factory default 1,440 hours). Filters should be replaced when the timer alerts. Three filter stages are included: primary G4, secondary F7, and high-efficiency H13. Single-pass efficiency is about 80–90 %. Because indoor air is always recirculated in every mode, effectiveness can decline over time.

Does the heat-exchange core need to be replaced?

The metal heat-exchange core does not need replacement. For maintenance, wash it with tap water every 3–6 months depending on local dirt levels and usage frequency.
